I had the best night out on Thursday. Had dinner at Kingsley Steak and Crabhouse at Wollomollo, and the food and service were great. Not to mention the view. I am truly spoilt in this wonderful city of Sydney. From where we were sitting, we could see Centrepoint, and it was great to just indulge in the beauty that is around us. It truly is million dollar views.

To top the night off, a trip to the Sydney Observatory was planned. The moon was so beautiful, the planets were so small, and to see the streaks/clouds across Jupiter. Amazing... It really truly makes you wonder about God's creations. We also got to see Venus, the blue planet. Although I wish I could see the Rings around Saturn, I guess that is something I must do in May, when Saturn is up in the night skies.

This amazing world that we live totally exceeds my expectations everytime.
I also had my first dinner party on Sunday night. I invited Kitty and Ee-Loong over. Surprisingly, they were impressed with my Pumpkin soup, Chicken and Mushroom Risotto, Lemon Meringe Pie, Melting moments and Peanut Butter cookies. And yes I did slave away in the kitchen on Sat evening, Sun morning and after church. But hey at least now I'm cooking :)
Now I just need to figure out what is on the menu next Sunday.

Oooooh - I really miss the pumpkin soup (with yogurt). So simple, yet so smooth. Definitely very Australia.
