I have never been to the snow to ski before... I know it may seem strange to all of you living in Utah, but this is my first time and it is rather exciting.
Where is the snow... Are we there yet?
All rugged up and ready to go
SNOW!
There was a line to get to Smiggins
Ruth getting a hardy meal
2nd day skiing, ready to take on the mountain
(I cried at the end of the run... crying because I was scared out of my wits, decided I needed another day of lessons before I took on the mountain)
Tristan warming up to the snow
So cute!
He just made a snow angel, and then Jacob had to rush down the creek to try and retrieve his jacket
On the 3rd day Tristan was on skies, man this kid is Canadian
We took on the mountain on this 3rd day
He had enough with the skies, snow balls for the rest of the arvo
Throw it at Jacob!
Attempting to make a snowman, but Tristan keeps on knocking off its body
Bye Bye snow, and snowman
And finally the big merino
So at the end of the weekend, I survived. It was an experience, and now that I can take on the mountain without being freaked out... I might consider going to the snow again.
