Poor little boy is sick

I never realised the love that one has for another human being until little Eli came into our lives.

Today Eli has been coughing a bit lately and I figured it was because he was trying to get my attention and therefore using his fake coughs. But last night his nose was a little sniffly. This morning he was still a bit sniffly, and it just sounded like he had a blocked and snotty nose.

He doesn't have a fever which is a good thing, but I think he is a bit muscousy. He keeps on bringing up little mucous, but I can't see any snot and his nose isn't runny. But he just sounds like he can't breath properly, especially when he is feeding.

Ohhh what is a mum to do but to sit by his little bed and make sure he is ok. I wish I could do something to help him feel better and get well with just a click of my fingers. This is when mums have to be strong and just ride out the wave.
