My Second Customer Service Complaint

BTW... Sleep City never got back to us about the complaint we wrote them about the bed bugs... BAD SLEEP CITY!


NOW... OPORTO Carlingford...

So I went to the Carlingford Oporto on Jan 6 after a church event. So a whole bunch of us ordered dinner, I got a chocolate mousse with my meal. They first forgot to give me my mousse with my meal, so I had to go back to get it. After my meal I wasn't hungry anymore so I decided to take my mousse home and I put it in the fridge.

The next night I wanted to enjoy my mousse after dinner, I took it out of the fridge, opened it up and almost put a spoonful into my mouth, when I noticed there were little hairs standing on the mousse. I though it was ice crystals forming on the mousse, but being inquisitive I decided to take the mousse out of my mouth and have a look at it closely... That is when I realised it wasn't ice crustals, but MOULD!

There was a lawn of MOULD over my mousse... YUCK!

We then decided to email the Oporto Client Services, only to have them tell us that they have procedures in place to ensure that no expired food will be part of the sales anymore... Obviously they either didn't have a procedure in place or their procedures weren't that great!

Then as compensation we got a letter in the mail 3 WEEKS later... with a voucher for a free meal... I'm not sure I really want to go back to Oporto ever again!
